Brown-Eyed Susan

Brown-Eyed Susan is a mid-size, erect forb occasionally found situated on deep sandy soils in the eastern Rio Grande Plains and Coastal Prairies. Brown-Eyed Susan also provides good forage for white-tailed deer and catttle through its leaves and stems. The seeds are also consumed by Rio Grande Turkeys.
