Yolanda Ballard

A native of Freer, Texas, Yolanda graduated from Texas A&M University-Kingsville with a B.A. in Business Administration. Nearly twenty-one years ago, as a student, “Yoli” began her career as a member of the Institute’s operations staff, making her the longest serving operations staff member. Yoli is presently the Institute’s Office Manager and Assistant to the Administrative Officer. Her primary duties include human resource matters and special projects for the Director and Administrative Officer. She has earned the title as the official “go to” person. Yoli and Bart have one son, Derek. They are presently Kingsville residents, hoping to make the long awaited move to their new “ranchette.”
