Growing up in Washington state, Kendall developed a passion for natural resources very early in life. After pursuing studies in other areas, she followed this passion to the University of Idaho where she received her B.S. in Wildlife Resources. Kendall had the opportunity to work on diverse projects across the country including species such as Mexican wolves, pygmy rabbits, waterfowl, leopard frogs, deer, and elk. After these experiences, she knew she wanted to pursue graduate studies. Kendall is excited to join the CKWRI family and to continue her education investigating zoonotic disease dynamics and their influences on the behavior of white-tailed deer.
