Hayden was born and raised on a hay/cattle operation in Comanche, Texas where his passion for land began. Coming from a lineage of farmers and ranchers, Hayden pursued a career in agriculture. He received his B.S. in Animal Science from Tarleton State University and later went on to complete a M.S. in Agronomy at Texas A&M University. During his time at Texas A&M, Hayden conducted his thesis work on dicamba drift mitigation in cotton.

Hayden is passionate about native plants and their uses within the state of Texas. In his free time, he enjoys chasing redfish and exploring remote areas. Hayden is hoping to make a positive impact in the Coastal Prairies region of Texas.
