Native Texan who grew up on family farm & ranches near LaGrange and Tyler Texas. 32 year career in oil/gas drilling operations holding various operations and management positions. Started my own hay/cattle operation working weekends and grew it to full-time operation. With input costs increasing faster than revenues from production I have shifted emphasis from hay to cattle and gone back to ranching on weekends as I work to improve the sustainability of ranch operations. I appreciate the opportunity to work for CKWRI and believe their mission has the potential to benefit our state.
